IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MAX SHIPPING CUSTOMERS

A nuestros estimados clientes:

  • No entable conversación.

Original en inglés / Original in English:

To our valued customers,

We believe it is important to make you aware of a serious situation involving a former Florida employee.

Since December 2025, Max Shipping has been dealing with a matter that resulted in substantial financial losses during our attempted expansion into Colombia. We have reported the matter to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, the FBI, and U.S. Homeland Security, and we are cooperating fully with those authorities.

More recently, this former employee has sent direct messages to Max Shipping demanding money (specifically $7,000 so he could disappear to Spain) while threatening to interfere with our business and customer relationships if those demands were not met. We have also received reports—and screenshots confirming—that similar messages have been sent to some of our customers.

These communications have been preserved and turned over to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

We want to be absolutely clear:

  • Max Shipping will not give in to threats or demands for money.
  • Max Shipping will not be intimidated into making payments to stop harassment or interference with our business.
  • We will continue cooperating with law enforcement and will pursue every legal remedy available to protect our company, our employees, and our customers.

We have built our reputation through honesty, professionalism, and compliance with applicable laws. We categorically deny false statements intended to damage our reputation or the trust our customers have placed in us.

If you receive any message concerning Max Shipping from individuals who are not authorized representatives of our company, we ask that you:

  • Do not engage in conversation.
  • Take screenshots of the message.
  • Block the sender.
  • Report the account to Facebook if appropriate.
  • Forward the screenshots to Max Shipping so they may be preserved as evidence.

We sincerely appreciate the trust and support our customers have shown us over the years. We remain committed to providing the dependable service you expect, and we will continue operating our business with integrity despite these attempts to interfere with our company.

Thank you for your continued confidence in Max Shipping.
